Q: Are your bags made from genuine leather?
A: Yes. We exclusively use premium-grade leathers, thoughtfully selected for durability, texture, and environmental responsibility.

Q: Are your products limited edition?
A: Many of our collections are produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Once a style is sold out, it may not be restocked.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across the UAE, SA and Qatar. You can check available shipping destinations at checkout.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within 5 –8 business days depending on location.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: All Orders will be shipped free of Charge.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Custom or monogrammed items are final sale.

Q: How do I request a return?

Q: Can I exchange my order?
A: At this time, we only offer returns. You may place a new order for your preferred item after returning the original.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

Q: How do I care for my LYOREN bag?
